After wrapping up an epic week in Taipei, I’ve now landed in Bangkok—and let me tell you, even a short flight can feel like a long-haul journey when you’re my size.
People talk about travel being glamorous, and sure, there’s a part of that. But if you’re a 350lb muscle-bound man trying to wedge yourself into an economy seat with your knees kissing your chest and no space for your shoulders? That part’s far from cute. One seat doesn’t do it—I need two, or I’m getting intimate with the window and the aisle at the same time. And then there’s the food situation. You know when you fly, and everything’s out of whack? No proper meal for half a day, which for someone who eats every few hours to keep their size, really hits hard. By the time I landed, I was feeling flat, foggy, and ready to eat an entire food court.
Jetlag hits differently when your body runs on routine—training, eating, hydrating. And suddenly all of that’s been disrupted by cramped seating, airplane air, and not enough water. So first priority when I got to my hotel in Bangkok: food, water, shower. In that order.

The truth is, traveling this way takes a toll. People see the content—the scenes, the cities, the hotel views—and think it’s nonstop sex and sunshine. And don’t get me wrong, I love this life. But it’s not as simple as landing, filming, and hitting the night markets. Sometimes it takes a solid half day just to feel like myself again. And that’s what this first day in Bangkok has been about—recovery. Getting fuelled up, getting my head right, and now finally starting to feel like I’m back in my body.
I’m ready now. This week is going to be busy. I’ve lined up a full schedule of filming here in Thailand, and I’m genuinely excited about what’s coming. I’ve got some returning collaborators, a few local talents I’ve been chatting with for ages, and a few scenes that I know will push things creatively—and physically. Some of them will be wild, sweaty, sensual, and a little twisted in the best way. Others will show off more of my softer side—connection, intimacy, and the chemistry that makes a scene really land. It’s not just about bodies—it’s about the energy. The build. The tension. That’s what I aim to deliver.

But before I get into the hardcore action, I’m hitting the gym. I haven’t trained properly in over a day, and my body is itching for it. There’s something about walking into a new gym in a new city—the unfamiliar machines, the different vibe, the music you don’t recognise. It all pushes you to be more present. More adaptable. For me, lifting weights is grounding. It’s how I come back to myself. Whether I’m sore from a long flight or worn out from a wild scene the day before, getting under a barbell resets everything.
Bangkok has some seriously good fitness spots, and I’ll probably do a post or video soon breaking down where I’ve been training here. I know a lot of you follow me not just for the sex, but also for the training, the discipline, and the lifestyle side of things. And I appreciate that. Because this isn’t just a persona—this is my real life. This body, this brand, this content—I build it every day, one meal, one rep, one scene at a time.
